Most of our drawings are completed on 11x17 ANSI B (aka Letter/Tabloid) size paper. On larger frames, where we need more paper space, we provide the drawings on 22X34 ANSI D size paper.
The benefit of these choices is that the 22x34 size sheets can be printed at 50% on 11x17 and still maintain an architectural scale.
For those of you that have home printers that cannot print 11x17; we suggest the following. Choose Print -----> Fit to Sheet (Letter Size 8 ½ x 11) ----> Change to Landscape Orientation and then print. You will be able to still read the plans. However, when it comes time to building the frame, we strongly recommend having the plans printed full size on 11x17.
For those of you that have received a larger frame design from us or a plan with a SKU below. You don’t want to try the above! Sorry, you will need to go to a print shop for the 24x36 sheets, the rest you can print on a standard home printer at 8.5x11.
